Dapper.Contrib - Get and Insert methods fail occasionally(!) when [ExplicitKey] is used

We have a table with a SqlHierarchyId primary key, and on some occasions InsertAsync on it fails with "Cannot insert Null into Id field", as if the key isn't marked...
