Option to exclude certain namespaces from being in the diagram

I second this! It is also an issue with type in the Unity namespace. It would be great to see this added.

@ekcoh I tried adding a test for this like discussed in standup but ran into issues with the advanced dropdown not using UIToolkit causing issues.
