Implement multi-GPU training for large datasets/tomograms

Avoid loading entire dataset before training

Training on large datasets raises OOM error before training. Need some alternative such as storing in normal RAM or loading on-the-fly.

Allow for sampling micrographs/tomograms of different sizes

Samplers in topaz/utils/data/sampler.py need adjusting to keep track of individual sizes instead of group[0]'s only

Tutorial data download times out

Downloading from http://bergerlab-downloads.csail.mit.edu/topaz/topaz-tutorial-data.tar.gz no longer appears to work. We should consider offering a copy from the SMLC/SEMC servers.
