As I see there is no way to read new values into the config if one was changed. However it seems reasonable for cases when any of the configuration fields...

Example configs like this one - istiobyexample/content/blog/prometheus/deployment.yaml are no longer available om the mater branch thus im unable to pull request changes to it. Could you please review such cases...
