Fixed Issue #3. Converted cases where slider value was edited by interaction, the reported values were derived from the interacting element.

Dragging the slider successfully reports back values, however, releasing the mouse (despite not moving it since last value postback) changes the reported value. See [SO Post](http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11418610/jquery-slider-giving-incorrect-value) for possible remedy.
