I've added the neural Polly voices to the Streamlabs API. I've also removed Leila (standard version) and Sergio (both versions) from Acapela's API.

What program do I need to use the MBROLATOR? Let me know!

Change Acapela's API and re-add ReadSpeaker

Apparently Acapela Group changed their API, causing the voices to load forever as a result. Can you remove them? Cheers, Daniel

Apparently the [demo](https://www.ibm.com/demos/live/tts-demo/self-service/home) of IBM Watson is temporarily back. Can you re-add them if possible?

Apparently Oddcast has a new British voice named "Gilbert" that appears in the Oddcast demo. `{"vid": "9-7-1", "name": "Gilbert", "flag": "GB", "lang": "English", "accent": "British", "gender": "M"}`
