I have the same problem, and that fix doesn't solve it. Unfortunatley makes paperless-ng useless for me, as I can't search office documents.

Hi - just wondered if anyone had made any progress on this. I've changed the ownership of log4j2.xml to openhab and still can't change log levels at the console...

that's funny - I'm now getting it in some circumstances but not others (sorry, I know that's very unhelpful; complex code). I'll try to work out why...
