Randomizer crashes on start - Qt Platform Plugin Error

Wondering if this is because I'm using a Windows 8.1-system instead of 10/11, but I'm getting this error upon launching the 1.1.0 randomizer:  Previous versions work fine however.

I went to inject in Mysterious Murasame Castle, specifically the english fan translation of it but it seems FDS-games still seem to be buggy, and even unplayable on real hardware....
