@dannyrb can't add desynchronized option to webGL canvas, until this canvas is not global! otherwise there will be unpredictable when render different image with WEBGL at the same time

i was try to use vtk.js render vti file (same series exported), i found it is OK ! i think it must be some wrong in volume data creator 

i has check the scaling parameters , the slope and intercept value is indeed read from dicom tag. so what makes me curious is why VTK.js is OK， there are...

@sedghi I tried it with the latest commit but without change. Can't you reproduce it with the dicom files I provided?
