I've started using Excalidraw for handwritten notes and tend to write at an angle so being able to rotate the canvas would be great. I can't physically rotate my tablet...

Juicer still needs investigating

We already have a `--juicer` flag for juicer specifically. `--no_hic` would turn off Pretext (+ associated pretext accessory files), HiGlass and Juicer.
Maybe a curators-extras pipeline for circos plots and their chomosome wide coverage plots
