Some Suggestions for improvement for the python script.

Oh and also if a name is missing than it needs a DEBUG print out. For example: ` [DEBUG] Client address: (undefined_BUS-0_ADDRESS-8) is missing an Identifier. Auto generated an Identifier...

setup.cfg gives error with pip in Ubuntu 22.04

Did a small workaround for now with ` pip install --use-pep517 -U qrl` for the installation and that seems to work.
