I changed the version of \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\ClientState\{F3017226-FE2A-4295-8BDF-00C3A9A7E4C5} in the registry to 141.0.3537.99, and the program worked perfectly.
