Some of these changes seem less helpful than their originals, e.g. L45, otherwise, I like some of the changes especially where you gave an example for sand and gravel.

Personally I don't see how this is hugely important, and some content in these files is irrelevant, but if this is something necessary due to legal compliance then fair enough
I'll try to take a look at removing it later today
