nonebot2版本限制

在[pyproject.toml](https://github.com/CMHopeSunshine/nonebot-plugin-learning-chat/blob/ee79cc6d5ef06eb7fb00a0b4a8f0f2b6f9feea31/pyproject.toml#L13)中，nonebot2版本限制在了2.0.0，是否考虑更新2.0.0以后版本的支持？
