This is happening coz google is blocking the login, whenever I run command to download apk i get a google notification of google service about "Someone else used your Google...
Nop can’t fetch , login failed , didn’t noticed that before. 😑
Will Removing translation messages (locales files) from the lang directory and fetching them through Axios gonna make any difference? Anyone have a thought about it?
@rchl, please invite someone from the core team to investigate the issue. I guess this issue needs to be solved asap.

After doing some investigation found that , throttle depends on the file size, if file size is is low like 1MB or 2MB it will take much longer to throttle...
I'm not directly downloading , I created API , chunk_size can be modified in formats urls to API response?
