GPU Percentage reports -1

When using the GPU component in the top bar It always reports as -1%. Is there a service or addon I need to use this?

**Describe the bug** After Installing Multipass on Server 2025 Datacenter you cannot run `multipass launch` with out getting the following error message > launch failed: The Hyper-V Hypervisor is disabled....
