Hi! Script fails to find kubectl binary in case path hashing is disabled with `set +o hashall` or `set +h`.

icon sizing

Hi, I get better results here for skype and psi icons when I set s_embedSize=32. With 48 the icons are too tiny.

SNI tooltip icon

When mouse is hovered upon the SNI, the tooltip is displayed with the startup icon instead of the current icon.
