Why Isn't AppAuth not using kotlin yet?

So far the implementation of App Auth is pretty straightforward. But why not adopting kotlin to AppAuth? Is there any technical reason that halting using kotlin?

Only update the bar position when the snap position has actually changed to avoid redundant updates and improve performance.
