I have these two errorformat efm patterns I want to use: ``` %+C %.%# %W[WARNING] %f:[%l,%c] %m ``` This works great in the error format playground to match multi-line warnings...

I don't honestly expect this pull request to ever get merged (and maybe it shouldn't), but I wanted to submit it anyway. I've attached my fork's master branch to this...

At this point I'm not even sure how to submit a pull request for this since master is way out of date... a 1.16 branch exists but it doesn't really...
