[Feature request] Add swin_unet models for waifu2x

swin_unet models for waifu2x on unlimited:waifu2x, and its currently not in this gui app(only upconv 7 and cunet).

Auto start: start hidden didnt work at portable version

### Describe the bug Portable version start hidden didn't work if i just enable it, i need to put its link in program start page to make it work. but...

"show netlist" option cannot show correctly when other module instantiation in top module

I defined 2 verilog modules, one for DFF and one for EXAMP, I instantiated the DFF module twice in the EXAMP module, but when I use the "show netlist" option...

when i hover on files i cant see differences in color changes . maybe its a bug. Before:  After:
