Allow less precise birthdate designation

Currently users can only assign birthdates as Year, Month, Day, but it would be preferable to allow Year, Month, No Day or simply Month or Year, Day on its own...

Pretty basic, just an option to start with the map(s) fully filled out, the same way it appears after an NG+ or when collecting a Castle Map, uncolored, just revealed...
