okay for me the problem was i had this folder in my path: AddFolderToPathEndOnlyIfItExists "C:\Program Files\Docker\cli-plugins" but not this one: AddFolderToPathEndOnlyIfItExists "C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\resources\bin" that fixed the build for me
