限制翻译字符数目--超出免费额度计费

最开始的版本，就是默认y叔提供接口，没有自己设置key的时候超出平台的字符数就会停止翻译。现在使用火山引擎，腾讯翻译，这些超出免费额度后不会自动停止运行，直接计费，而且火山引擎控制台隔天才显示翻译总字符数，被账单吓到了，有没有什么比较好的办法，可以设置上限翻译的字符数？
