Try to use an IAM user not the `root` user? This may helps.
这个取决于你的系统，像CentOS 5/6以及Amazon Linux 1就没有arm架构，因为官方Docker镜像并不支持arm。可以看我的[fork](https://github.com/ChowRex/openssh-rpms/releases/tag/v9.9p1)，使用了Github Action自动构建，已发布了arm架构的版本。
