建议增加fastjson2的支持

目前阿里已经有了fastjson2的新框架，建议该项目也新增支持。

如果引用了小程序的依赖，但是没有配置appid和对应参数，会导致启动报错。请问如何规避呢？

建议增加一个点击回到当前目录的操作

看书的时候经常会有一个操作，就是往底下多翻翻目录，看看后面大致什么章节。但是这个APP翻完之后锚点定位还是在刚刚翻的位置，建议增加一个定位目录的按钮，按一下定位到当前章节，方便目录操作。如果书籍章节多，来回定位比较麻烦。
