 貌似background里应该设置background-repeat:no-repeat;才合适

 应该抛出一个错误提示并提示导入失败。 或者默认的导入路径为项目根路径，与导出路径相同。

由于封禁的用户无法通过公开的api抓取数据。目前是只可浏览不可备份。但他们能通过一个页面脚本一个个把动态什么的都导出成excel。 所以我正在尝试开发一个excel导入到数据库的功能。目前我的linter配置和源代码的有较大差别。这样最终pr的时候，changes里面可能会有一系列不应该出现的改动行数。所以希望可以提供linter的配置，谢谢。
