Block unsafe-eval permanent on all sites

Hello, I really like your addon so far, I've looked around for ages to permanently block eval() and your addon is the solution, like I don't care if I break...

I use BenchmarkIt since yesterday, it is possible that a for loop was faster 1 year ago but right now it isn't, atleast for me.
