In fact I am always manually triggering the octopus for the time being, so the source branch information is not useful to me.

I’ve been able to get past this by adding method stubs in a `thread.cˋ file [viewable here](https://github.com/CedricGatay/substrate/blob/experiment/akka_scala_eclair/src/main/resources/native/ios/thread.c#L124)

As a follow up, if anyone gets the same issue, the problem was the flag ` -H:LLVMBatchesPerThread` that I had set earlier to deal with llvm compile issues.

Do you have any plan on merging this one, Sourcery 2.1.1 is out now and templates are broken with it too :(
