In my case, the problem was that the app was installed on the SD-card! After the application was moved to the internal memory, this problem disappeared.
@Lukas955, thanks for explanation, now it’s clear why these settings are needed. I'll better explain my goal: I need to remove unnecessary fields so as not to store unnecessary data...
I have a similar problem: I deleted an imap mailbox but the messages from that mailbox are still in the storage. How do I clear these messages?
