why you need first version of h-encore? h-encore 1 works only on 3.65, 3.67 and 3.68, h-encore 2 works from 3.65 up to latest 3.74
ah got it, you have not latest version of finalhe, on older version it will upload h-encore 1 to vita with 3.74, not h-encore 2
