I experienced the same error. Installing **sudo apt-get install libvtk7-dev libvtk7-qt-dev** solved the problem, on Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic). Also libvtk6 caused plenty of build errors, maybe building vtk-8.1 from source...
It just means the "SqueezeSegV2" project directory is containing your cloned project. Don't try to mix up with system settings. :) Also if you are new to all of this...
Could you please specify? 107MiB / 7982MiB doesn't look like an out of memory for me.?! I'm also not getting any CUDA out of memory errors since I reduced batch-sizes....
Could you please provide more information about how you actually tried to run the evaluation step? Which command line arguments did you use? You can also specify "--test" argument option...
Appropriate console output would be helpful to clarify! Is your dataset and pre-trained PointRCNN.pth properly setup and loaded?
I would also be interested in some pretrained weights of the model. Many thanks in advance! :)
