The issue is in normalizeBaseName https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui-system-icons/blob/e08db96b66ca2585cf01079f3aca827d07dd1ac3/packages/react-icons/per-icon.writer.js#L218 which doesn't take into account the fact that `Color` could be an icon name
