Azure OpenAI API 版本拆分

Azure OpenAI 对于dalle3调用需要的api版本是2023-12-01-preview，然而普通文本请求不能用2023-12-01-preview需要用2023-05-15。 所以可以把API版本拆分成俩个功能吗？一个叫 默认 API 版本 即2023-05-15这个版本，另外一个叫 dalle3 API 版本 即2023-12-01-preview。 这样同时使用既不影响文本也不影响dalle3的使用

目前 [ZTE-UFI-TOOLS_WEB_V3.7.1_20251013_1822.apk](https://github.com/kanoqwq/UFI-TOOLS/releases/download/release-20251030-100337/ZTE-UFI-TOOLS_WEB_V3.7.1_20251013_1822.apk) 存在bug，短信功能不能正常删除短信，还有就是待机状态用其他设备访问网关IP:2333不能正常打开，但是安装的其他插件可以打开，比如openlist或者青龙，然后亮屏幕不解锁也能打开网关IP:2333但是待机一会之后就不能打开了，其他安装的插件也是正常打开就网关IP:2333打不开，网关IP:8080也能打开5G mobile hotspot
