[This issue](https://github.com/dubiety/terraform-aws-elasticsearch-cloudwatch-sns-alarms/issues/11) looks fixed in [v3.0.2](https://github.com/dubiety/terraform-aws-elasticsearch-cloudwatch-sns-alarms/releases/tag/v3.0.2). However, it appears again on [v3.0.3](https://github.com/dubiety/terraform-aws-elasticsearch-cloudwatch-sns-alarms/releases/tag/v3.0.3). Is there a reason removing the fix in v3.0.3?
