Seems like some pictures doesn't load cause immich proxy returns a 500 and it seems like the request to the thumbnail was answered with a 404 by immich.
Try to delete your cache. Open network tab and check disable cache. Then keep network tab open, refresh your page. And if it doesn't work show what requests goes red.
