I've been starting to add CHAP support, but you've implemented CTOC as well, @mattbasta, awesome! Since this is more complete I would rather help fix this up rather than keep...
I'd love to have this upstream! I'll try to find some time in the coming weeks to start taking a look.
That's to simplify putting the log file in the user's home directory? If this is be touched, I think it'd make more sense to put in `os.getcwd()` or the same...
The bower.son file will likely need to be modified so it will be correct for the base repository. I can edit and resubmit a pull request if needed.
I'd be happy to look at a PR if you'd like to add the use case without breaking changes.
