Filter/Launch app if search bar has text when app list is loaded.

With my little knowledge about android, i think if the filtering occus after this line https://github.com/OlauncherCF/OlauncherCF/blob/43891f2e640595e88574f2d190549e7c492ceb13/app/src/main/java/app/olaunchercf/ui/AppDrawerFragment.kt#L173 it would work out perfectly.
