The loader during buffering disable the play/pause control.

While this bug is being reviewed, I share with you my workarround option `activityIndicator={false}`

Combined bad words not being detected as profane.

To add to that, I tried using numbers and other types of combinations, but it didn't detect them either: ``` filter.isProfane('afuck') // returns false filter.isProfane('fuck1') // returns false ```

¿Maybe someone has a workaaround?, I love how it works but it would be awesome if the messages were in a certain language and not by automatic detection.

Provide controls for customizing width/height of foreground popup

+1 :+1: it would be a nice touch, now I use it in the office and when need to change every song is a giant window superimposed on the browser...
