(48) Junto chat grabs cursor's focus when this is undesirable

Once Junto chat has been opened (and used) it keeps trying to grab the cursor's focus after topics/synapses are created... and occasionally this results in unintended chat messages when enter...

This would be very similar to what happens now when you drag topics to the edge of the window... except for panning in this case. This would be an alternative...

The two things that would make panning "more like Google Maps" are: - While you are panning no text or other html elements can be selected. (Thus highlighting them, etc)...
