Update README.adoc about socks5 environment variable

In the commit f886100, PROXYCHAINS_SOCKS5 is changed to PROXYCHAINS_SOCKS5_PORT and PROXYCHAINS_SOCKS5_HOST is added. So, README.adoc is also needed to be updated. Please see also #41.

For better performance adjustment in each environment, frame rate setting option is needed.
