I found the problem. NerworkManager is not installed in my system in program files, but in a custom folder (d:\webtools).

Now trying a "clean" install with the new installer.

Same error! Log: Product: NETworkManager 2024.5.27.0 -- Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run....

For now, the solution is using the portable version.
