I've stumbled upon a need to use the filters package, which is internal at the moment. This proposal aims at making it usable from other packages. What do you think?

Add filter option to command

The option can be used as: ``` bin/php-plantumlwriter write /my/src/directory --filter="*.php" --filter="\!*Test.php" ``` The escape '\' is required for some shells
