Fixed a bug that prevented custom installation locations to be set

To prevent windows from opening multiple times there is a check that checks if the window is open or not. The connector doesn't mark a window as closed.

The newly created set isn't available in the dropdown menu. A full restart of the connector is needed to use the set.

According to reports, the MFD inputs for the G1000, 3000, etc have stopped working since the last update. This needs to be investigated further.

Outputs can be booleans, floats and integers. Currently, all outputs get imported as integers. This isn't a showstopper but could be improved.

Show the user which outputs are being imported before submitting.
