It works fine for me when iOS(iPad) sends, and macOS or Android receives. But the iOS app cannot save files in Files.app or Photos.app and the cancel button is missing...

Maybe add a finder extension is also convenient for sending files.
You need to upgrade your ACCC or wait for newer release of AntiCC patch.
My AntiCC is 1.7, and I got the same error code for 13.0 and 13.0.1, but 12.5 version is OK. I guess it's a problem of version.
