This is too difficult for me. I set a noticeable color in PolicyColors.json and PolicyColorsDefault.json  But no effect  (Android14, Unciv 4.10.16)

You cannot disable a profile owner on a work peofile. If you want to remove a work profile, please go to `System manager -> Wipe data`, you can remove work...
