Issue might be related to Widevine Content Decryption Module but I haven't been able to make sure.
Might not be Widevine CDM after all, as I've been able to play all Widevine DRM videos in Shaka Player demo: https://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/ Still investigating.
Any progress on this? I'd like to be able to use scoop's chrome with notifications in Windows' Action Center. I can confirm that I don't even see Google Chrome listed...

Looks like v3 should fix the issue, however I didn't take the time to double-check. I'll close the issue for now and reopen it if the problem occurs again.
