Why did the phat versions of freedvdboot get taken down?

In the latest version of menyoo, the open wheel section in the spawner is missing. Menyoo 1.5.0

I can proceed to when it sends the viewers, but then it randomly closes without any error.

Can't find YTPMVE_UI.exe
