[Suggestion] No Auto Target mobs out of combat

This would be an excellent addition, it's gotten me in trouble in Baldesion Arsenal and other places where auto-targeting the next mob can cause huge problems.

Issues with Queue Threshold

1) All of the aforementioned skills are in fact GCDs. Flamethrower is a bit odd since it's channeled, but the rest are just ordinary GCD weaponskills. Maybe their skill IDs...

Using Meikyo does not highlight GCDs to indicate that weaponskills can be executed without combo prerequisites.

I can confirm that this happened to me while messing with other addons. Restarting seemed to fix.

Feature Request: Show Active Border when Ability is Ready to be used.

I can second this, it would be extremely useful for skills that should be used on cooldown...
