为什么ts版本默认走的是常规的雪花算法？

`_IsOverCost`这个值初始化的时候就为false 

为什么依赖包也打入sdk里面了？是因为什么原因吗？ 我看了好像只有2.1.0是没有 依赖包在里面，spring boot日志服务会冲突。。。
