Try latest HA Agent for Windows ([2.1.0](https://github.com/hass-agent/HASS.Agent/releases/tag/2.1.0)) and HASS Agent Integration [2.1.0-beta1](https://github.com/hass-agent/HASS.Agent-Integration/releases/tag/2.1.0-beta1) It is now working for me with those versions.
